What does the conference cost cover?
The conference includes conference fees and all meals (Friday dinner, Saturday 3 meals, Sunday breakfast and lunch). Housing and transportation are not included in this cost.

What time does the conference start and end?
The conference will start at 4:00 pm on Friday and end Sunday at 4:00 pm.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
Arrival: If you are flying in, please arrive by 2 pm on Friday.
Departure: Please schedule all departing flights after 6:00pm on Sunday to allow sufficient drive time to the airport.
If I need to fly, which airport do I fly into?
You will want to book your flight to Indianapolis International Airport.
Who will pick me up from the airport if I need a ride?
When you register, you will be asked if you need a ride from the airport. If you say yes, you will receive an email prior to the event asking for your flight information so we can arrange a pick up. You may rent a vehicle if you’d like, but this is not covered in your conference cost.
What are my housing options?
When you register, you have the choice of requesting a hotel room or you may find your own housing. You may room alone or with a roommate. If you have a roommate preference, please note it when you register. We will provide rides for those staying at the hotel to get to and from Cru Indianapolis Office. If you opt to find your own housing, you will need to arrange your own transportation.
