Who will pick me up from the airport if I need a ride?

We will arrange airport rides for you. (You may rent a vehicle if you’d like, but this is not covered in your conference cost.) When you register, you will be asked if you need a ride from the airport. If you say yes, we will email you about two weeks out asking for your flight information so we can arrange for your ride.

What are my housing options?
When you register, you have the choice of requesting a hotel room for 4 nights or for 5 nights, or you may find your own housing. At the hotel you may room alone or with up to three roommates. If you have a roommate preference, please note it when you register.  We will have a shuttle available for those staying at the hotel to get to and from IMMI Conference Center. If you opt to find your own housing, you will need to arrange your own transportation.

Who do I contact if I have food allergies?
There is a question on the registration site that covers this. Please use this question to let us know of any food allergies or sensitivities, and we will do our best to accommodate you while you are here with us.
