Orlando FAQ

What does the conference cost cover?
The $299 includes conference fees and all lunches. Morning and afternoon snacks and beverages are  also included. Housing and transportation are not included in this price.

What is the address of Converge?
Bright Ministry Center
11002 Lake Hart Drive
Orlando, FL 32832

What time does the conference start and end?
The conference will start at 8:30 am on Monday and will end at 5:30 pm on Friday.

When should I plan to arrive and depart?
Arrival: If you are flying, please schedule your flight to arrive on Sunday.

Departure: Please schedule all departing flights after 7:00pm on Friday. This will allow sufficient drive time from Converge to the airport.

If I need to fly, which airport do I fly into?
You will want to book your flight to Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Who will pick me up from the airport if I need a ride?
When you register, you will be asked if you need a ride from the airport. If you say yes, you will receive an email about two weeks out asking for your flight information so we can arrange a pick up. You may rent a vehicle if you’d like, but this is not covered in your conference cost.

What are my housing options?
When you register, you have the choice of requesting a hotel room or finding your own housing.   PLEASE NOTE: If you want us to secure a hotel room for you, we must know by February 28, 2017. After that, you will need to arrange your own housing. For a list of hotels close to Converge, email Denise.DiSarro@cru.org.

If you request a hotel room you can choose a single room or up to three roommates.  If you have a roommate preference, please note it when you register.

We will have a shuttle available for those staying at the hotel to get to and from Converge. If you opt to find your own housing, you will need to arrange your own transportation.

Who do I contact if I have food allergies?
There is a question on the registration site that covers this. Please let us know of any food allergies or sensitivities, and we will do our best to accommodate you while you are here with us. If you need to connect with someone personally, please feel free to contact Rebekah Loos. (Rebekah.Loos@cru.org)
