Sam serves as executive coach and adviser to a number of notable CEOs, Boards and senior government officials across Asia. His management consulting work focuses on leader assessment, development, transitions, culture, governance and top team effectiveness. Prior to founding The Third Opinion Partners, he previously led the consulting firms Linkage Asia, Towers Perrin, and the HayGroup in Singapore.
Sam resides in Singapore with his wife Shirley and is the proud father of two adult daughters. He actively serves on a number of Christian missions and worships at Bethesda (Bedok-Tampines) Church in Singapore.
